Abbie Chatfield reveals the one topic even she thinks is too taboo: ‘I don’t think it’s anyone’s business’
Abbie Chatfield is sick of people talking about her body.
The radio and TV star, who has recently lost weight amid a very busy work schedule, said she is often contacted by fans on Instagram asking her why she has slimmed-down.
‘I don’t think it’s anyone’s business why someone might have lost weight, unless they express it themselves without being prompted. It doesn’t affect anybody else,’ told The Daily Telegraph.

‘People on Instagram love to tell me when my own body is changing, as though I don’t have a mirror.’
She went on to insist she is very healthy and that weight loss doesn’t always just come from changing your diet and exercise regime.
‘Weight loss happens because of a myriad of things… I am very, very proud of my relationship with food and exercise,’ she said.

‘I don’t think it’s anyone’s business why someone might have lost weight, unless they express it themselves without being prompted. It doesn’t affect anybody else,’ told The Daily Telegraph
During Abbie’s popular podcast ‘It’s A Lot’ last year, she explained that stress was making her lose her appetite.
‘I’m having a really hard time eating,’ she said.
‘I’m having trouble finding time to eat, and then when I find time to eat I’m having a really hard time chewing food and a really hard time swallowing. ‘
Abbie has been open about her body struggles in the past, telling Stellar previously she used to ‘analyse’ her own body.
‘I used to wake up every day between the ages of 13 and 24 and analyse my body’ she admitted.

During Abbie’s popular podcast ‘It’s A Lot’ last year, Abbie explained that stress was making her lose her appetite
‘I don’t think about it anymore. Maybe it’s a confidence thing, growing up and not giving a s**t what anyone else thinks. It’s quite a relief’.
Abbie previously Yahoo Lifestyle it wasn’t always easy to be positive.
‘I think growing up in that era where Mischa Barton is on the front cover [of magazines] – I think that kind of led to a lot of eating disorder tendencies,’ she told the publication.
